On July 30, 2026, Attorney An Sun-Young participated as a presenter at a policy forum titled "Effective Risk Elimination through a Contracting Authority-Participatory Safety Monitoring System." The forum, part of a series of policy discussions on safety management solutions, was co-hosted by National Assembly Member Ahn Tae-Jun of the Democratic Party of Korea and the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) at the National Assembly Members' Office Building.

In her presentation titled "Introduction of a Safety Monitoring System – Focusing on Amendments to the Construction Technology Promotion Act," Attorney An proposed adding Article 46-2 (Safety Monitoring of Construction Works) to the Act to expressly provide a legal basis for operation by contracting authorities, set out the qualifications and duties of safety monitors, establish the obligations of construction businesses to cooperate and take corrective action, and prohibit the obstruction of monitoring activities.
