On June 26, 2024, Attorney Park Sang-Oh gave a lecture on “Unfair Competition Practices under the Unfair Competition Prevention Act and Internal Corporate Controls” at the 47^th Innobiz Capacity Building Training organized by the Innobiz Association.

In this lecture, Attorney Park explained the concept of each type of unfair competition practice, including those outlined in the newly enacted Unfair Competition Prevention Act. He also shared specific examples of relief measures available in the event of infringement and discussed internal corporate control measures.
