On June 20, 2024, Attorney Lee Gyu-Chul gave a lecture on the Electronic Securities Act to key executives and staff of the Korea Exchange’s Stock Market Division and the Digital Securities Market Team.

In this lecture, Attorney Lee explained the electronic securities system, strategies for introducing token securities, and the direction for establishing a distributed ledger-based securities issuance and distribution platform. He also led a discussion session.
