Attorneys Choi Jin-Hyuk and Lee Hye-Jun have been appointed as legal counsel for the Klaytn Foundation in connection with an integrated and new mainnet between Klaytn, a blockchain platform originating from Kakao, and Finschia, a blockchain platform created by LINE, an affiliate of Naver.
The merge of Klaytn and Finschia was approved on February 15, 2024, and in that process, Attorneys Choi Jin-Hyuk and Lee Hye-Jun provided legal advice, including advice on the approval process, and they will continue to provide legal services concerning future chain merge and the establishment of a foundation.
