The Insolvency Bar Association under the Korean Bar Association (Chairman: Attorney Jo Dong-Hyun) held the “Insolvency Law Education Symposium” jointly with the Korean Association of Law Schools and the Insolvency Law Institute of Korea, at the Korean Bar Association Building located in Seocho-dong, Seoul, on December 18, 2023.
Attorney Jo Dong-Hyun, Chairman of the Insolvency Law Association and member of the Asset Management Group (Rehabilitation Team) of Barun Law LLC (Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea, 35th Cohort), opened the symposium with his opening remarks. Attorney Park Gyu-Hee (Korean Bar Exam, 7th Cohort) took part as one of the panelists in the first session on “Current Status and Issues of Insolvency Law Education in Law Schools in Korea and Overseas.”
