Attorney So Jai-Hyun gave a lecture on the “Protection of Technical Materials and Understanding the Prevention of Unfair Competition Act” to approximately 70 officers and employees of Ottogi Co., Ltd. at Ottogi’s headquarters on December 6, 2023.

In the lecture, Attorney So introduced the provisions on protection of technical materials and trade secrets under the Prevention of Unfair Competition Act and provided an easy-to-understand explanation of matters to be considered in practice.
