Attorney Chung Kyung-Hwan has been appointed as a member of the Open Market Autonomous Dispute Mediation Council.
The Open Market Autonomous Dispute Mediation Council, which exists under the Korea On-Line Shopping Association, is a private mediation agency established to resolve disputes arising from and between the open market and user businesses as fairly and quickly as possible.
The Council is composed of seven members, three of whom are from public interest organizations, two of whom are nominated by user business organizations, and two of whom are nominated by platform operators. Attorney Chung was appointed after being nominated by platform operators.
