ㅇ Attorney Cho Woong-Kyu gave a lecture on “Changes in Succession Strategy following the Amendment of the Tax Law and Measures for Efficiency” at the 1st Young CEO Network Forum hosted by the Federation of Middle Market Enterprises of Korea on April 7, 2023.

ㅇ Attorney Cho emphasized the importance of business succession, saying, “Successful business succession allows the business to maintain the value its founder has accumulated and prevent disclosure of the business’s management know-hows, all in which will allow the business to maintain its corporate competitiveness as well as help improve national competitiveness.”
