ㅇ Attorney Park Sang-Oh gave a lecture on the overall copyright law and recent IP issues under the topic, “Legal Common Sense for Employees Involved in Content Business” at the Korean Bar Association’s Designated Education Session held on November 25, 2022, hosted by the Press Arbitration Commission.



ㅇ Attorney Park is an entertainment-law specialist and he studied media and entertainment law at UCLA Law School, which is located at the heart of the entertainment industry.  He has published a number of books, including, “Legal Common Sense for YouTube Creators” and “Essential Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act to Protect My Business” and continues to deal with various litigation and advisory cases in the intellectual property and entertainment industries, including copyright disputes, exclusive contract-related disputes.
