Attorney Park Sang-Oh gave a lecture on the “Necessity for Korean Content to be Exported to the Chinese Market and Measures to Protect IPR, including Copyright, in Doing Business in China” for those working in the Chinese OTT industry and Korean content creators at the Collective Conference on Exchanges between Chinese and Korean Film Industries that held at the Lotte World Tower Auditorium on August 8, 2022.

During the lecture, Attorney Park explained of the characteristics of the content industry, the need for K-content to be exported to China, and the need and strategies to protect IPRs with respect to doing business in the Chinese market.

Attorney Park is an expert in media and entertainment, having studied the relevant field at UCLA, the university that is located at the heart of the entertainment industry. In 2020, he published Legal Common Sense for YouTube Creators, a book on content industry, and continues to provide outstanding services to clients with respect to cases on disputes involving licenses, exclusive (subscription) agreement, IPRs and entertainment.
