이번 학기에 ‘동아제약과 GSK의 역지불 합의사건에 대한 검토’, ‘이동통신사 및 휴대폰 제조사들의 휴대폰 리베이트 지급 사건’, ‘미국과 한국의 기업결합 신고제도 비교 및 분석’ 등 자신이 연구하거나 다루었던 사건들을 중심으로 실무 강의할 예정입니다.
Attorney Kwang Hyun Baek to give lectures on “Fair Trade Law Practice” at Korea University Law School
Attorney Kwang Hyun Baek is to give lectures on “Legal Clinic I” at the Korea University Law School in the second semester of 2017 following the first semester.
In this semester, Attorney Baek’s lectures will be focused on the actual cases he has dealt with in the past, including review of the reverse payment settlement case between Dong-A Pharmaceutical and GSK, rebate payment case concerning mobile telecommunications companies and mobile phone manufactures, and comparison and analysis of business combination reporting system of the U.S. and Korea.
