Attorney Choi Young-chan was appointed as a member of the Public Service Merit Review Committee of the Committee for the Five Northern Korean Provinces, an agency under the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. The Public Service Merit Review Committee is a deliberative body established to objectively and fairly select recipients of commendations, awards, decorations, and prize money from the government, local governments, and public institutions. Attorney Choi will serve as a reviewing member of the committee.
