Attorneys Kim Yong-ha, Head of the Antitrust Group, Chung Yang-hun and Lee Ki-peum were appointed on June 24, 2026, as members of a proposal evaluation committee for a project commissioned by the Fair Competition Division of the Seoul Metropolitan Government.

The committee members will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the proposals and presentations submitted by bidders. The evaluation will cover their understanding of the project, the soundness of their implementation plans, the expertise of participating personnel, their ability to carry out the project and the feasibility of the proposed approach.

The appointments reflect the long-standing expertise of Barun Law LLC's Antitrust Group in competition law and policy, as well as its extensive experience in regulatory investigations, deliberation proceedings and advisory matters. Through objective and impartial evaluations, the three attorneys are expected to contribute to enhancing the expertise and effectiveness of the Seoul Metropolitan Government's fair economy policies and related.
