Attorney Jo Dong-Hyun was reappointed and inaugurated as chairman of the Annual General Meeting of the Insolvency Lawyers Association of the Korean Bar Association on March 27, 2026, upon nomination by Kim Jeong-Wook, President of the Korean Bar Association.

At the board meeting held on the same day, the Association resolved to discuss and pursue a number of initiatives, including organizing joint symposiums with the Korean Insolvency Law Association and the Insolvency Law Research Group, operating an academy and establishing a special committee, forming a task force to improve the system for stakeholders in insolvency proceedings, and participating in and promoting symposiums hosted by the Seoul Bankruptcy Court.
