Attorney Son Heung-Soo has started giving lectures on the General Theory of Civil Execution Law for the first semester of 2026 to a class of 115 students. The students are primarily those working in the legal community, such as court officials, in-house legal staff of related companies, lawyers and judicial scriveners.

The lectures will be given based on Attorney Son's forthcoming book, Real Estate Auction: Practical Civil Execution (Vols. I and II) (Korean Judicial Administration Society, 2026), which will be structured with the first lecture focusing on the eligibility of property for auction, lectures two to four focusing on the issues in real estate auction procedures, lectures five and six focusing on practical aspects of distribution in real estate auctions, lecture seven focusing on auctions and lease agreements, and the final eighth lecture focusing on auctions and liens.
