Attorney Son Heung-Soo published an article titled, "The Permissibility of Auctioning Reconstruction Apartments Under the Urban and Residential Environment Improvement Act Where Completion Approval Has Not Been Obtained and Public Notice of Transfer Has Been Delayed for an Extended Period" in the Journal of Civil Judgment Enforcement Law, Vol. 22, an accredited academic journal published by The Association of Korean Civil Judgment Enforcement Law.
The article is a revised and supplemented version of Attorney Son's presentation for the first session of the 2025 Fall Academic Conference of The Association of Korean Civil Judgment Enforcement Law. It is based on a case personally handled by Attorney Son, which resulted in a final victory before the Supreme Court of Korea.
