Attorney Baek Kwang-Hyeon was appointed as a lecturer for the 12th Fair Trade Law Training Program organized by the Seoul Bar Association to enhance professional expertise and competitiveness of its members. As such, Attorney Baek gave a lecture on the "Key Provisions and Example Cases of the Subcontracting Act" on September 22, 2025 at the Human Rights Room located on the 5th floor of the Seoul Bar Association Building.

In the lecture, Attorney Baek provided an engaging overview of the Subcontracting Act, covering the foundational concepts as well as key provisions and issues that may arise at various stages of a transaction, including the contract formation stage, contract performance stage, payment stage and transaction termination stage, utilizing example cases.
