On July 2 and July 4, 2025, Attorney Baek Kwang-Hyeon conducted training sessions for executives and employees at Hyundai WIA Co., Ltd., held at the company's Uiwang R&D Center and Changwon headquarters. The sessions focused on key provisions of the Subcontracting Act and relevant case studies.

Attorney Baek provided in-depth explanations centered on manufacturing consignment transactions, highlighting recent issues such as unfair contract terms, and commonly disputed practices in the field, including unfair payment reductions and unreasonable interference in management.

This was the second lecture following a similar session held in May of last year, and was part of Hyundai WIA's Fair Trade Compliance Program.
