Attorney Baek Kwang-Hyeon participated as a panelist in the general discussion session at the Summer Academic Conference jointly hosted by the Korea Subcontract Law Association and the Korea Specialty Contractors Association, held at the Korea Specialty Contractors Hall on June 26, 2025.

The conference featured in-depth presentations and discussions on topics including measures to enhance the stability of subcontract payment practices, issues and improvement strategies related to electronic payment systems, and comparative analyses of subcontracting laws in France and Japan.

In the general discussion, Attorney Baek engaged in an in-depth discussion on recent government policies aimed at strengthening the stability of subcontract payments, as well as Supreme Court precedents related to lien rights and the construction payment guarantee system.
