On June 19, 2025, Attorney Yi Min-Hoon gave a lecture on "Trends in Shareholder Activism and Response Strategies" as part of the "Investor Relations Through Case Studies" practical training program organized by the Korea Investor Relations Association (KIRA). More than 50 IR officers and practitioners from KIRA member companies listed on Korea Exchange attended the session.

The lecture covered recent trends in shareholder activism actively unfolding in Korea and included a review of practical case studies relevant to corporate response strategies.
