Attorney Jo Eun-Joo gave a presentation on "Practical Issues in Managing Underperforming Employees" at the IHCF 2025 Workshop on June 14, 2025.

Her presentation focused on the following three areas: 1) standards for determining the legitimacy of termination due to underperformance, 2) practical issues related to the dismissal of underperforming employees, and 3) operational challenges in implementing performance improvement plans (PIPs).
