Attorney Choi Young-Chan gave a lecture on "Disciplinary Procedures and Major Cases Involving University Faculty Members" and "Procedures and Legal Effect of Appeals to the Faculty Disciplinary Committee" to the administrative staff and managers in charge of academic affairs and faculty personnel at school foundations and universities at the Institute for Higher Education Training of the Korean Council for University Education on June 4, 2025.

Mr. Choi explained the important legal issues regarding disciplinary actions and procedures for university faculty, including precautions to be taken, the appeals process through the Faculty Disciplinary Committee, and the legal effects of such procedures. The lecture concluded with a Q&A session with the participants.
