Attorney Baek Kwang-Hyeon gave a lecture on the "Key Aspects and Case Studies of the Subcontracting Act (Focusing on Service Outsourcing)" to the employees and officers of Innocean Worldwide Inc., located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, on May 21, 2025.

Focusing on service outsourcing, Mr. Baek explained of the most frequently encountered and currently controversial issues in subcontracting practices, using real-life case studies for better understanding.

This lecture was a second lecture following last year's session on the Fair Trade Act, and was held as part of the company's fair trade-related compliance program.
