Attorney Baek Kwang-Hyeon gave a presentation on "Unfair Special Terms under the Subcontracting Act" at the Spring Symposium jointly hosted by the Korea Society of Subcontracting Law and the Korea Fair Trade Mediation Agency (KOFAIR) at the main conference room of KOFAIR on May 16, 2025.

In his presentation, Attorney Baek discussed the legal effect of unfair special terms under the Subcontracting Act, which has become a significant issue, along with the content and types of such unfair special terms and relevant decisions and court precedents.
