Attorney Choi Dongdoo gave a lecture on "Recent Trademark Disputes" at the 2nd Trademark, Design and Copyright Subcommittee Meeting of KINPA 2025, which was held at Barun Law Building on April 23, 2025. Attorney Choi introduced several trademark cases that took place in the U.S. and the U.K., highlighting differences in international interpretation, and went on to provide a detailed explanation of the balance between trademark rights and freedom of expression.
