On March 28, 2025, Attorney Baek Kwang-Hyun gave a lecture on " Key Terms and Case Studies of the Subcontracting Act and the Act on the Promotion of Mutually Beneficial Cooperation" at the Fair Competition Federation, addressing corporate executives and employees.

In the lecture, Attorney Baek explained of the businesses and transactions subject to the Subcontracting Act, as well as talked about the obligations and prohibitions imposed on prime contractors under the Subcontracting Act, organized clearly by each stage of a transaction (initiation, state, execution stage, and payment/termination state) in a way that the attendees could easily understand the critical points to watch out for at each given step.
