Attorney Kim Kyung-Soo has been appointed as a legal counsel for the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency starting from December 2024 to November 2026. He will be providing advisory services on the structure, interpretation, and application of laws under the jurisdiction of the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA). Additionally, he will offer legal counsel on reviewing, drafting, and executing contracts related to national contracts. Furthermore, he will continue providing legal advice on matters related to personal information protection, civil petition handling, information disclosure, and criminal law.
