Attorney Jung Sang-Tae has been appointed as a legal advisory member of the National Labor Relations Commission for two years, starting from June 1, 2024.

The National Labor Relations Commission is a quasi-judicial administrative agency based on the consensus system and composed of three parties - labor, management and public interest. It is committed to bring about industrial peace by promptly and fairly mediating and adjudicating disputes on interests and rights between labor and management arising from labor relations.

Attorney Jung Sang-Tae has been serving as a director of a practical academic association on labor law theory from 2014 to the present, and as advisory counsel for the Ministry of Employment and Labor from 2020 to 2022, and deals with various personnel and labor-related matters as an expert on such areas at Barun Law LLC.
