Attorney Kim Young-Oh has been appointed as an online lecturer for the "2024 Advanced Training Program on Unfair Transaction Prevention and Cases" of the KOSDAQ Association. Attorney Kim's lecture is on "Prosecution's Capital Market Unfair Trade Investigation System and Investigation Cases," and he completed the video recording of his online lecture on May 8.

This advanced training program was developed by the KOSDAQ Association seeking to assist KOSDAQ-listed companies to better understand unfair transactions and to prevent such unfair transactions by exploring measures to respond to such transactions. The lecture is currently being made available to KOSDAQ Association member companies through its online training center.
