Attorney Cho Jae-Bin has been appointed as a member of the Fifth Committee on Liability for Environmental Damage and Relief Policy of the Ministry of Environment.

The committee is composed of 5 government members, including Vice Minister of Environment Lim Sang-jun, and 15 civilian members from various fields, including law, medicine, environment, etc. The committee will deliberate and make decisions on matters related to environmental liability insurance, business selection, and remedies for damage caused by environmental pollution.

Attorney Cho's appointment will run from March 2024 to December 2024.
