The Public Data Dispute Mediation Committee is responsible for quickly resolving the public's right to use public data through a simple mediation process instead of litigation under Article 29 of the Act on Promoting the Provision and Use of Public Data, and the first committee was established in December 2013.
The Sixth Public Data Dispute Mediation Committee is composed of members from various fields, including law, academia and industry, and Attorney Han's term will be two years.
