Attorney Jung Sang-Tae gave a special lecture on "The Serious Accidents Punishment Act" at the workshop of the National Forestry Cooperative Federation, on September 22, 2023. The lecture was held for the chairman of the Federation and the heads of the 142 member associations. Attorney Jung provided the definition of the Act as well as in-depth explanations on the major issues of the Act as well as the reason for enactment and the scope of application of the Act together with actual cases.
