Attorney Baek Kwang-Hyun gave a weekly lecture on "The Major Terms of the Subcontracting Act and Understanding Thereof" for six weeks as part of the 2023 1st Trial Competency Strengthening Program for specialized trial judges held at the Daegu District Court for judges from October 11, 2023.

At the lecture, Attorney Baek spoke of the basic understanding of the Subcontracting Act, major details and issues concerning the contract execution stage, contract performance stage, payment stage and contract closing stage, as well as the major terms and issues concerning the Subcontracting Act, including procedures to resolve cases on the breach of the Subcontracting Act, by citing many examples.
