Attorney Baek Kwang-Hyun gave a lecture on "Understanding the Act on Fair Transactions in Large Retail Businesses and Authoritative Statutes" for the employees and officers of Jeju Free International City Development Center (JDC) located at Jeju International Airport on October 12, 2023.


At the lecture, Attorney Baek gave a thorough explanation of the distribution industry by citing major example cases. He hopes that the employees and officers that attended the lecture to be able to understand the recent policy trends of the distribution industry and to prepare for risks that may arise in the future.
