Attorney Baek Kwang-Hyun was selected to become the lecturer on "The Major Terms and Issues concerning the Subcontracting Act and the Mutually Beneficial Cooperation Act" video lecture created by the Korean Commercial Board of Arbitration and took part in the filming on October 6, 2023.

This lecture is a part of the "6th ESG Training A to Z" video lecture series produced by the Korean Commercial Board of Arbitration, designed to provide global ESG issues and related information for small and medium-sized companies so that they can easily practice sustainability and to promote ESG management in the industry.

In the lecture, Attorney Baek provides basic understanding of the Subcontracting Act, as well as the major terms and issues that may arise in the contract signing stage, contract execution stage, payment stage, and closing stage, and the major terms of the Mutually Beneficial Cooperation Act and the Act’s comparison with the Subcontracting Act, in an easy and interesting way.
