ㅇ Attorney Son Heung-Soo gave a three-hour lecture on "Auction Process and Appeals Thereto (8th Topic)" for the Real Estate Auction and Public Sale Legal Specialist Program that is offered online by the Korean Bar Association on March 24, 2023. During the lecture, Attorney Son spoke of appeals against illegal enforcement (procedural defect), appeals against unreasonable enforcement (substantial defect), appeals against the enforcement statement, and appeals against unreasonable allocation (objections against allocation).

ㅇ The program in which Attorney Son’s lecture in included, is fully provided online, with no offering of off-line courses, in response to the requests of legal scriveners based in regional cities and towns for online classes as it is difficult for them to attend lectures provided offline by the Korean Bar Association. The program is divided into 12 topics and various lecturers will be offering total 36 hours of lectures (6 hours a week) on a variety of topic concerned with real estate auction and public sale. The lecture is divided into three-hour segments, and the lecture is uploaded twice a week.

ㅇ Attorney Son Heung-Soo co-authored several books, including Real Estate Auction (I), (II) (Korean Institute of Judicial Administration, 2017), Compendium on Court Administrative Work: Civil Execution (Supreme Court Library of Korea, 2014), and Annotated Civil Procedural Act (Korea Judicial Administration Society, 2012), and gives lectures on the theory and practice of real estate auctions at Korea University Law School, Korean Bar Association and other related agencies.
