ㅇ Annotated Criminal Code 10: Articles (7) (Pakyoungsa, 2023), to which Attorney Cho Jae-Bin took part in writing as one of the joint authors, has recently been published.

ㅇ Regarding this publication, Attorney Cho was in charge of writing Chapters 35 (Crime of Infringement of Secret) and 36 (Crime of Trespassing a Private Home).

ㅇ The Annotated Criminal Code series dealing with the Criminal Code seek to observe the criminal law based on the principles and theories thereof, and they will serve as a guide helping experts, who seek to come up with proper judgments and decisions, criminal law experts, who seek to dive deeper into the fundamentals of the law, and prospective legal experts the chance to expand their views so that they can comprehend the Criminal Code as a whole.
