ㅇ On December 7, 2022, Attorney Baek Gwang-Hyun gave a lecture on "Major Terms and Example Cases concerning the Fair Trade Act and the Improper Solicitation Prohibition Act" at W Shopping’s training center located at Seocho-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul.


ㅇ At the lecture, Attorney Baek introduced the fair trade system to the attendees as well as introduced the major terms and example cases of the Korea Fair Trade Commission’s competition policies, consumer policies and corporate transaction policies. He also explained of the major terms of the Improper Solicitation Prohibition Act and described complex terms of the Act by giving specific examples.
