Attorney Son Heung-Soo gave three hours of lecture on claim enforcement on July 21, 2022 for the 2022 1st Claim Collection Academy of the Korean Bar Association, a 14-hour program that was conducted from July 5, 2022 to July 21, 2022 every Tuesday and Thursday.
The lecture was carried out live as well as a webinar through Zoom so that any member of the Korean Bar Association from across Korea could take part in the lecture. The first lecture was given by Attorney Lee Sang-Kwon (Entrustment agreement on claim collection) on July 5, second lecture was given by Attorney Kim Min-Kyu (Claim collection) on July 7, third lecture was given by Attorney Jin Han-Rim (Examples of seizure of special claims) on July 12, fourth and fifth lectures (Claim collection and preservation disposition I, II) were given by Attorney Jeong Jae-Heon on July 14 and 19, and the final lecture was given by Attorney Son of Barun Law on claim enforcement practice.
Attorney Son is the author of Claim Enforcement (Korean Institute of Judicial Administration, 2017) and he is a lecturer on the theories and practice concerning claim enforcement at Korea University Graduate School of Law (Department of Civil Procedural Law), Korean Bar Association and other related agencies.
