With the domestic Korean financial market becoming increasingly diversified and the scope of new financial products widening, our finance lawyers now represent domestic and foreign underwriters, issuers, agents, and credit and rating service providers and provide advice and counsel on range of issues, including non-performing loans, mortgages, notes and derivative linked securities.
 
Our expertise is reinforced by working closely with our Tax and Real Estate Practice groups, which allows us to provide clients with customized advice addressing their needs in relation to securitizing real estate by utilizing asset backed securities and derivative based solutions. Our accumulated market understanding and experience, enables our lawyers to provide clients with in-depth and practical advice on asset securitization transactions, including infrastructure development projects.
