Attorney Baek Gwang-Hyeon gave a lecture on “Recent Trends in Fair Trade Act, Major Terms and Example Cases” to the representative director and the employees and officers of SK Eco Prime, on June 17 and June 29, at a training center located in Chungmu-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul and a training center located in Nam-gu, Ulsan-si.

During the lecture, Attorney Baek spoke of the recent trends of the fair trade sector, major terms concerning unfair collective acts (collusion) and examples, meaning and example of trade secrets, etc.
